Overview

The activities developed under ReMO will be carried out by three Working Groups (WGs), whose complementary work will help achieve the overall goals of the project to create a link between different research pockets, facilitate continuous communication and collaboration between currently not connected stakeholders and fill the knowledge gap regarding the determinants of researcher mental health and wellbeing. The basis of these groups are the ingredients of a healthy research environment. Although the WGs do overlap, each brings different integration challenges and issues. Therefore, at each WG, different research, policy and intervention questions are posed and different stakeholders are involved to various degrees. The WGs are based largely on a typology of the levels at which action can be taken to address mental health and wellbeing in the research workplace, which is based on previous such typologies and structures identified in the literature:

The ReMO COST Action on Researcher Mental Health is funded by the COST Association with support from the Horizon Europe Framework Programme of the EU under the project number CA19117.

COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) is a funding agency for research and innovation networks. Our Actions help connect research initiatives across Europe and enable scientists to grow their ideas by sharing them with their peers. This boosts their research, career and innovation.
