New redirect from NFDI4Earth to ESS TS

For the development of our Terminology Service for the Earth System Sciences, BITS needs input from the community. This is why we are aiming for a close connection with NFDI4Earth. We are pleased to announce that a first step in this direction has been taken: NFDI4Earth has provided us with a web adress: https://terminology.nfdi4earth.de

This will initially redirect to our ESS collection in the TIB TS. We are planning to add further features to the TIB TS so that the ESS collection will develop into a specialised Terminology Service for Earth System Sciences.
