Early Career Investigators
According to COST terminology, the term Early Career Investigator (ECI) defines a researcher whose career spun less than 8 years between the date of the PhD/doctorate (or similar experience) and the date of involvement in the COST Action (periods of career leave have to be added to this time span). COST policies are keen on promoting active participation in COST actions of ECIs. Specific additional provisions have also been made possible to encourage the participation of ECIs in STSMs. Conference Grants are exclusively reserved for PhD students and ECI’s with a primary affiliation in an institution located in an ITC.
The ReMO COST Action on Researcher Mental Health is funded by the COST Association with support from the Horizon Europe Framework Programme of the EU under the project number CA19117.
COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) is a funding agency for research and innovation networks. Our Actions help connect research initiatives across Europe and enable scientists to grow their ideas by sharing them with their peers. This boosts their research, career and innovation.
