TIB – Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology and University Library
Acting in the capacity of the German National Library of Science and Technology, as well as architecture, chemistry, computer science, mathematics and physics, the TIB provides academia, research and business with literature and information. Its remit is to preserve recorded knowledge and to provide the latest information, both now and in the future, irrespective of the time and the place. TIB is actively engaged in promoting Open Access and thus supports unrestricted, free access to scientific information. In its capacity as a University Library, TIB ensures that all faculties of Leibniz Universität Hannover are supplied with information. Open Science modules, trainings, and multiplier events of the PeerPower project are supported by TIB.

Université Libre de Bruxelles
The Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) contributes to PeerPower by leveraging its expertise in researcher support
structures, peer-led networks, and institutional engagement strategies. ULB actively works to enhance the experience of
researchers at all career stages through training, career development initiatives, and community-building efforts. The
university continuously reflects on and improves its approach through focus groups, institutional policies, and European
collaborations.
ULB’s involvement is led by its HR Department, which plays a key role in career development pathways and institutional
support for researchers. The university has contributed to European initiatives related to researcher development, skills
training, and institutional collaboration, ensuring PeerPower’s sustainability and integration into university structures.
Instante Falante
Instante Falante Associação (IFA) is a Portuguese non-governmental organization operating since 2017 in mental health and health literacy, providing services to individuals and organizations (B2C and B2B). Its main project is an online platform, RUMO, which delivers mental health and career coaching services remotely. All services are regulated and certified by the Portuguese Health Regulatory Authority (ERS) and follow national and international guidelines (OPP, ISMHO, APA). Beyond clinical work, IFA is active in European and international initiatives (e.g., ERASMUS+, COST Action, IOM, MCAA, UN), contributing to mental health intervention, prevention, and risk detection initiatives.
SciLInk Foundation
SciLink Foundation has expertise in the systematic approach to train transversal skills in a complex interdisciplinary and intercultural setting. SciLink organizes high quality workshops for groups of researchers (both early stage and experienced researchers) active in diverse and interdisciplinary environments. SciLink is committed to bringing researchers skills to become effective communicators of their work, enhance their employability on the career marketplace, and to manage the stress of balancing life and a career in research.
Grenoble École de Management
Created in 1984, Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) is a Research and Higher Education institution of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Grenoble. GEM is one of the few fully accredited (EQUIS, AACSB, and AMBA) business schools worldwide. At the French level, GEM is a member of the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles and is regularly ranked as the 8th business school in France.
Over the last three decades, GEM has developed a unique expertise in the management of technology and innovation, particularly in analyzing emerging fields such as energy management, health, IT, biotech, and nanotechnology, as well as new business models. GEM is a société à mission (benefit corporation) and, as such, strives for research with strong societal impact. It prioritizes topics around Artificial Intelligence, health, ethics, technology management, economic peace, and energy. GEM staff was involved in driving the Researcher Mental Health Observatory COST Action, highlighting its commitment to driving well-being in research environments.
